We will meet with you online to conduct a Volunteer Search Surgery to fully understand your needs and identify the characteristics of the ideal candidate.
Conduct a thorough proactive volunteer search by researching to identify ideal candidates and tapping into various appropriate networks before making discreet contact with selected priority targets, including:
Professional networks and social media.
National, regional and local employers, professional associations, community groups and faith organisations.
Drawing on an extensive database of contacts developed leading School and Trust Support for Inspiring Governance, initiating and developing its flagship employer engagement network - “School Governor Champions” - and governing, chairing, and consulting nationwide.
Hold an exploratory initial interview with every candidate interested in the role to assess suitability and interest.
Undertake light-touch vetting of candidates through online searches, Companies House disqualification checks, and cross-referencing publicly available records. *
Refer interested candidates who meet the criteria to the Recruiter, providing a candidate profile for each candidate.
